What many don’t know for all the attention at England and Ireland, is here in Canada, we have no abortion laws whatsoever. Meaning abortion can happen anytime for any reason. Canada truly is a slaughterhouse.
They seem to bury it in other laws in Canada. The law cited insofar as legalization is the Criminal Law Amendment Act of 1969. And then there was judicial activism in the form of R. v. Morgentaler; plus the Canada Health Act of 1984 plays a role.
