Google Lists ‘Nazism’ as an Ideology of Republicans (CA Rep Primary Candidate info)

The world's most powerful search engine listed “Nazism” as the ideology of the California Republican Party—a week before the GOP primary.

Companies, like people, make mistakes. And Google came fire on Thursday for making a big one.

As first reported by Vice, the powerful search engine company listed “Nazism” as the ideology of the California Republican Party—less than a week before the GOP’s primary.

Needless to say, Republicans were not pleased.

“It is disgraceful that the world’s largest search engine has labeled millions of California Republicans as Nazis,” said Republican Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California, the House Majority Leader. “This is just the latest incident in a disturbing trend to slander conservatives. These damaging actions must be held to account. The bias has to stop.”

It's unclear what went wrong or how long Nazism had been listed as the ideology of the California Republican Party before the mistake was uncovered. A Google spokesman told Vice the search result did not occur from a manual change by a Google employee, speculating instead that it could be the result of vandals.

Google removed the “Nazism” tag from the Republican search result, but the action likely did little to assuage concern among those who see Google and other Silicon Valley tech giants as hostile to conservatives.

Nazism gave the pretense of private ownership. in theory you owned your own business but in reality the Nazi party controlled the production process. Yes you had the pretense of owning your own home but again, the Party told you how you were going to live in it.

well, I would have used pretty much your language to describe fascism...
what they all share is a far leftist pov (when property rights are conditioned on support for the Ruling Party, as you noted... then imho: the “owners” don’t have any genuine property rights...they’re a facade of convenience — for the rulers — at best, and the net result remains an essentially communistic state-ist dictatorship.... the differences are minor in reality if not also in theory.. and the individual merely exists for the benefit of the Rulers/their state)

I have discussed with people that monarchies were in fact Marxist before Marxism was known. They were dictatorial that is for sure.

Kids today do not understand a pure Republican form of government and are not taught it in schools.
They think that a democracy is what we live in.

They are in fact all dictatorships that is certain. All of them. They use the words “the people” to gain power and when they do look out.

Even Monarchies were/are dictatorships.

By your description of Nazi, the People’s Republic of China is currently functionally Nazi.

Yup, know why? Because they figured out that pure communism doesnt work. nor does any type of socialism. It collapses eventually. The Brits, if they didnt have us to defend their behinds, would have collapsed long ago, oh wait! They paid off the last of their loan from us in 07, from after WW2. They all get away with this because of our funding for defense.

Even Marx admitted that there had to be a small part of private ownership of business to “fund” the system. Sound familiar?
