I looked at some before and after pictures of the Gaza Strip. Gaza was a beautiful tourist spot with nice beaches and it produced enough vegetables to export them. Not so much now and the green houses have been destroyed.

Just like the welfareites destroyed the apartment tower the Feds built for them in San Francisco in the ‘60s.
