Do you know what the term “sealed indictment” means, and where it falls within the judicial process?
Yes I do. These sealed indictments have a limited life span (6 months if I’m remembering correctly) where if they are not brought to trial they sunset. We’ve been hearing about these secret proceeding far longer than 6 months,. Why are we not hearing about any trials or convictions? Do you know why?
