Old news is huge?
I've never heard this report before. It changes the set of facts about McCabe interviewing Flynn and altering his 302 report. No one else thought Flynn was lying.
If true, definitely shows a negative bias by McCabe towards Flynn.
That would make it "news" to me.
It is old news, but it is worth of reconsideration given everything else we have learned. The case against Flynn appears highly suspect from start to finish. I am also wondering if the leaked transcript of his call with the Russian ambassador that started this whole fiasco has anything to do with the arrest of Wolfe yesterday.
I expect that Judge Sullivan, who has the Flynn case and has DEMANDED that the government turn over all the discovery, is about to take a very interesting turn. If there are allegations that the factual basis (302 reports) were altered by McCabe, who has a serious conflict, he will likely explore that fully. It appears more and more likely to me that his case may be tossed for government misconduct. Interestingly, if that is the case and McCabe did that - Flynn will have the mother of all lawsuits against McCabe who has no protection for it.
