This is the first I’ve heard that McCabe, number 2 at the FBI, was in the middle of a sexual abuse case. Not harassment, abuse.
Yeah, that’s pretty big. I tell ya, the media sux. Fox included. How long has this been going on, and NOW we find out about the sex abuse case on McCabe?
Apparently, it was an open Equal Employment Opportunity complaint dating back to 2014, alleging gender discrimination against McCabe by a female FBI agent.
I don't know the details so I don't know if it was an actual sex abuse allegation.
Flynn reportedly had submitted a letter of support on behalf of the female FBI agent.
Subsequently, McCabe interviewed Flynn about his communications with Russian officials.
Senator Grassley wrote a letter to Rosenstein in June 2017 asking why McCabe had not recused himself from Flynn's investigation as required by DOJ protocol in cases where there is a conflict of interest. A copy of the letter is on Grassley's website. There are also a couple of other links about the story below the letter itself.
There is also an allegation by three FBI agents that McCabe made disparaging remarks about Flynn before and during the period of time Flynn was under investigation. The insinuation is that McCabe had it out for Flynn from the get-go.
The obvious question, was McCabe going after Flynn in retaliation for supporting this female accuser against McCabe?
There was an article by Zero Hedge back last summer too. And the source article, Gateway Pundit, for this thread we're on now. There may be others but I never heard about it until I read this thread.
This revelation, old or not, muddies the waters about McCabe's professionalism and veracity.
