“Take photos of the man and of the employee and post them on Instagram and Facebook.”
Exactly. Exposure is devastating in the internet age.

I need to read it again; my last dissection of Moby Dick was in 1977. ;)
Can you imagine any ‘Book Club’ taking it on these days?
I need to form a local Book Club that actually reads, digests, explores and comes to understand a book, versus the ‘Wine Book Clubs’ so many belong to these days. ;)
(Not that there’s anything WRONG with that...)

I’ve read it 6-7 times already. Actually, one does not “read” “Moby Dick”
You “Sign on” and it just takes you.

I HATE open water; I’m OK as long as I can see the shore.
Probably why I haven’t been back. ;)

The new "Third Place Policy" of Starbucks is already paying off for perverts. For as long as I can remember, you could walk into any McDonalds' anywhere in the world and use their restrooms without purchasing anything.
How did they manage?

It could be a “street photographer” doing his thing, quite innocently. The art form of Cartier-Bresson, check him out.
And he did a lot of work in cafes.
Still very popular.
Granted the modern world is much less innocent than when Cartier-Bresson was wandering around with his Leica.

NBC10 also spoke to a woman inside the East Norriton Starbucks who identified herself as a district manager. The woman said we couldnt record inside the store due to the privacy of the customers. When asked why they didnt object to a man taking pictures of a child without the mothers consent, the woman had no comment.

...This policy may well cause unintended consequences...
Liberal policies are always loaded with unintended consequences. That’s why they are dangerous and not well thought out.

“Ground Rules”
I thought the only grounds rule at Starbucks was: char them.

“Reminds me of the bum who stunk up a library somewhere in central NJ a few years ago. As I recall, the courts held that he couldnt be removed, even though his offensive body odors drove other library patrons away. Such a country...”
I was at our local public library years ago and a man had porn pulled up on one of the library computers and was rubbing his crotch while scrolling through pictures. I complained to the librarian and she said it was his 1st Amendment right to do that. The world has gone crazy indeed!

That was In Morristown and he sued and won $40,000. Then he said the first thing he was going to do was go on vacation. He eventually went back to the library if I recall correctly. Think he went to Disneyworld.
