The NYFD and NYPD booed Hitlery Rotten Clinton at the concert for NYC in the wake of the 9/11 attacks (and the deaths of fire fighters aiding people in the WTC). Viacommie and Sony overdubbed those boos with cheers in the subsequent rebroadcast and DVD release.
It was televised but it was bleeped by the censors.
