Chick-fil-A has a secret, and it’s my pleasure to share: the chain has a whole host of secret menu items. Some are so good they’ve arguably become even more popular than the regular menu items, according to Hack the Menu.
There’s no “official” secret menu, but it seems the less complicated a special item is, the more likely employees will make it for you.
Here are some of the Chick-fil-A secret menu items that have people buzzing:
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich This is simply the Spicy Chicken Sandwich plus the signature Zesty Buffalo Sauce. You end up with a crispy buffalo chicken sandwich that’s loaded with dill pickles chips, and it’s delish.

I use 5 for In N Out but never heard of this before. Lemme try it out on the Hollywood one later which is a few blocks away from us LOL

Personally I think the bacon on anything breakfast is a good move :)

I’ve never been to Chick-fil-a. Tell me more about this spicy char. So it has no breading? Can you get it without the bun? Do they do lettuce wrap?
We are devotees of the off menu In N Out items. Animal style, protein style, baby.

Whenever a restaurant offers “Spicy” or “Buffalo” chicken that means the chicken is terrible.
so bad that they need to hide that no matter the cost.

I hadn’t either...until a couple years ago I had 5 days training in Palpatine Ill.
I went for lunch and found a Chick-fil-a. I ordered their sandwich and well
I went back the next 4 days and ordered two each day. :)

They told me I could only order from the secret menu on Sundays...
So someone needs to tell me about the spicy grilled thing! If it doesn’t have breading, I’m in for a try!
My kid worked at CFA for the last couple years until he resigned last week for a career type job.
He once told me they had sausage gravy and biscuits. I went there a couple times and ordered it.
The “secret” menu stuff is just combinations of what they already have. The gravy was completely off the menu.
It was actually very good, then they dropped it. I was bummed.
I wish they would bring back their cole slaw. They substituted a Kale salad (ugh!)
