I haven’t seen any Chick-Fil-A employee ever be rude, discriminating, or anything else but polite, friendly, attentive, hard-working, and of all sizes, shapes, colors, etc.
I guess this autor “Noah” missed the “friendly boat” a long time ago. You can find one at “Chick-Fil-A”, with waffle potatoes.
My son worked there for a couple years, I even caught him saying “my pleasure” at home when I thanked him for something.
I’ve had one very minor interaction with Dan Cathy.
My son won a significant award a year of so ago. He got a city commendation and one from the Governor. I managed to find Dan Cathy’s e-mail address and asked for a letter from him commending my son.
He personally responded within an hour and followed up with the letter.
