That’s a set up for failure. Unless they get rid of grading classes all together and just take money and hand out a graduation certificate. Which is another set up for failure when they try to take on an actual challenging job.

Hampshire College allows for no grades in many classes. Seriously - a college that allows you to just take a class, with no grade given. What?
/One former manager informed me that Hampshire is more well known as Hempshire, for the obvious reason. As a lecturer at the university, he was offered pot by his students on more than one occasion.
