I get that this guy was a moron for what he did - especially snatching the phone away from the guy videotaping him. But Lake Merritt has turned into a cesspool because of all the encampments. It's a frustrating situation all around. I wish the homeless would camp outside of the mayor's house. She being so tolerant and all.

Video clips show Sintay throwing the homeless person’s belongings into a trash bin, and larger items directly into Lake Merritt.He didn't steal it, he just moved it.
