Usually, you can buy things cheaper yourself. But reference studies.
I’d recommend my Audiologist wife....but she retired today.
Most of the Tinnitus ‘cures’ are scams.................
99.99% of OTC cures are scams.
My doctor told me to ignore the internet on this subject - there is no current cure - they are all just scams.
There is no cure for tinnitus - only coping ideas.
Anyone reading this without tinnitus - protect your ears, protect your children’s ears.
Tinnitus is one of the symptoms of CFIDS that I could do without. It comes and goes, and is a nuisance, but I deal with it because I don’t know how to “cure” it. To my knowledge, there is no “cure,” just remedies to ease it (maybe) that cost a fortune.
So I do empathize with you, and hope you’re able to find some peace. It sounds as if you could use it.

Crap, typo err on TheLibertyDaily.
I’ve had some success using Biotin (a B vitamin) the theory is it can help with hair growth, and part of the ear depends on tiny hairs. But you have to believe it will help (same with any supplement). My ringing is sporadic, not permanent, and very slight when I do have it. Long-time live music fan - nowadays I alway have ear protection when attending rock concerts!
Have you traveled to any Communist country recently? IE: Cuba, etc.
Might they have something to do with the increase if this milady?
Suggestions from talk radio host have been to take a magnesium supplement. DH has tried aa recommended ‘exercise’ which helps to some small degree. He suffers from time to time. For some unknown reason, at the moment he’s not complaining about it. Myself, no bell ringing, but do have a problem at times with hearing the pings of a submersed submarine.
I suffered from tinnitus for years. I found out that many people who use Xanax and z-drugs like Ambien often have ear ringing. I used Ambien for years and after stopping them it took about 6 months and I rarely have it now.
I have no idea if this will work for others but,,,
Among my ailments is low blood oxygen.
When the ringing gets intense I try to hyperventilate.
Most of my ailments have some connection to oxygen so it is possible that it is in reality just a placebo.
I don’t give a flying fornication, it works for me and I can afford it.
Please note, I have spent many years in equipment rooms filled with whirling fans.
YMMV
In any case, I didn't bother researching ingredients because I found 8 reviews that all gave the product 1 star with comments generally and unanimously saying the product doesn't work and good luck trying to get a refund.
What's up with all these scam product/service sellers using the same type of format and content structure. There must be a template somewhere that these scammers titled, 'Template for selling scam products, books and services."
What is s—m?

If you have not at least tried a high quality, well sourced fish oil, try it. Ive heard it cure someone. Good examples of brands are Nordic Naturals and Carlsons.
