I'm not lying, your using semantics.

The writers conveniently create a completely bogus, "convenient plot twist", a phoney reason, which creates the same result: Mr. Incredible is forced to stay home and baby sit the kids while, Elastigirl saves the world.

The premise is ridiculous; it would be like saying "Superman", Ironman, Thor's etc... superpowers are "too damaging", they all need to stay home, and let the girl superheroes take over.

Yeah, right, that's the ticket.

It’s not semantics at all. There’s nothing bogus about it, it totally tracks with the first movie. Heroes were outlawed because they caused too much collateral damage, after the first movie they decide to unoutlaw some heroes, but the collateral damage problem doesn’t just go away.

Didja watch the most recent Superman movie? They leveled half of Metropolis. They ARE too damaging. They didn’t “let the girl” take over, they let the one that doesn’t throw cars around and level buildings do the work.
