BTW, most of the crew cab Silverados and Sierras are also built in Mexico. If that is important to you, then check the VIN before buying.
Ford did the same thing with the Ranger. Quit selling it in the US but continued to make and sell it in Mexico. I guess they wanted us to buy the much more expensive F-150 but they forget there are other small trucks available.
Blazer or BLAZER?
There used to be a difference.
Switch to Vodka or some American whiskey.
I will pass, bound to be a POS.
Slapping an old name on a completely unrelated new product is not a winning strategy.
GM should look at what's happening to the Star Wars franchise and learn a lesson or two. The Toyota FJ looks more like the old Blazer than this new POS.
What do they get paid these days?
Up to 35 an hour max should be OK
Wow...they sure love to create conundrums.
Which side do you dislike more?
The Unions which forced companies out of the country?
General Motors who received a ‘boost up’ from US and now is producing product outside the country that paid the way back into business?
Kind of like which bunch of ‘kooks’ do ‘we’ support when it comes to White Supremacists v Antifa v BLM.
Best result is for all 3 groups to kick the crap out of each other or band together and give the Police a GOOD excuse to bust some heads.
Decisions, decisions....
VW has been making the
Beatle in Mexico. They are well known for the insufferable smell from using the wrong adhesives on the interior insulation, and other quality control issues.
since its made in Mexico:
Retail price should about $12K
Of course it will be even more poorly put together than an American made car but WTH? right.
They keep trying to rebrand the stinking Equinox and now they are going to name it the Blazer. It won’t sell either.
Every time I think I might want to give GM another chance, they give me another reason to avoid them.
The new Blazer looks like something a funeral home would use.
My K5 Blazer logos are all caps.
That new thing is ugly.
The pickup based SUVs are/were the only way to go.
The full-sized pickup based SUVs are/were the only way to go.
I agree. It was the last hold-out for the professional.
I have a GMT800 (03) Suburban. It’s not the sexiest, meanest or even fastest of them but it was a true truck.
I went to look at a Colorado tonight. 2016. It was sexy, sleek and beautiful. 5 cylinder and an import auto.
