Its not the lack of vaccines.....good mercy!
Its the lack of hygiene, basic hygiene........
......perhaps in large part to illegals handling our food
We dont need a vaccine for every frippin thing......we need common sense!
And ‘homeless people from california’ is just a euphemism for illegal immigrants from south of the border.

More gaslighting with floods of extraneous information from the left coast. Hepatitis A is spread by infected people who serve raw foods and don’t wash their hands after going to the bathroom.
Numbers of outbreaks from restaurants during the ‘90s became noticeable, even in white, American neighborhoods in small cities of the middle of the U.S.A. The outbreaks originated with promiscuous, “recreational” drug users who worked in those restaurants (people with typically poor hygiene).
During the 1970s and before, high schools were showing films to P.E. students about how Hepatitis A could be contracted in foreign restaurants of countries with major dope and prostitution problems. Public schools haven’t seen that kind of education for a very long time.
I see that Utah was mentioned in the article.

Gov. Moonbeam’s legacy. I heard someone on the radio say that they were dumbstruck after having returned to visit California after several years to see the number of homeless people. No longer are their numbers confined to certain areas, but now it seems to be statewide.
The leftists want the same. Their merits list includes: no skills, no education, no desire to learn English, child molestation, rape, criminal background preferably including robbery, murder by knives and guns, skilled at using and selling drugs, lack of hygiene, have one or more infectious diseases.
Yet another gift of “immigration” - culturally - many Hispanics (who often work in food service) just don’t wash there hands regularly - even when handling food.
I’ve been in many restaurants over the years, and in the restroom and witnessed employees come in - use the bathroom, then walk right out (or simply run a little water over their hands). I use to find management and say something - and more often than not, they would just brush it off. I just don’t go to any restaurant I witness this at.
And yes - any employee might do this - but I have observed a FAR higher proportion of Hispanics fail to wash their hands.
Why does Hep A only pick rare occasions to be spread by IV drug users? Maybe folks only use IV drugs on special occasions?
Wiki says its transmitted through fecal-oral route, so think about that the next time your waiter pegs your gaydar!
No where in the article does it state citizenship status or country of origin for these convenient store and food handlers.
The worker had recently returned from California.
Another reason California should have a wall around it a filthy lot they keep Imodium in business.
We had communicable disease under control in this country, mostly by not pooping where we ate and drank.
Just went to the CDC’s website, the section on Hep A. Saw the number of recorded new cases for the last 12 years or so. Noticed something interesting. During the years Obama was prez, reported new cases of Hep A were down from the highs, under 2000, until 2016, when the numbers went up again.
Weird.
