Their President is getting cozier with Russia and China ( despite the latter claiming disputed territory ).
My Navy friend here, lives across the street from Sara, and has spoken to her a couple times. She speaks good English. You know, the Philippine media are fake news specialists too, just like the American media. Don’t believe anything they say.
