I know this guy held an important office but really do wonder about his intelligence because he does so many really obvious nitwitty things. Couple that with zip in the way of white-collar prosecutions for the crisis that nearly took down the world’s financial system and resulted in a huge amount of cash extorted from the public and the suspicion grows that he might, just might, be overrated.
