I go to Bangalore, India for my job 2 to 3 times a year. I also go to SF about once a month for dinner, Giants games, etc. In recent years, I encounter far fewer beggars and derelicts in India than I do in a typical trip to SF. The streets in Bangalore (at least in the areas I stayed in) are cleaner. And there are no obviously drug-addled people staggering through the streets or camped along the building walls in Bangalore.

This is what leftism has wrought in the once beautiful city of San Francisco - it is now dirtier, smellier, and far more dangerous than a city in the Third World. This is the future that leftism wants to bring to all of America.

I figured the guy who made the comment that his Third World home was cleaner was from India, being that it’s a medical convention. I’ve been to India too. DEFINITELY Third World in what you see on the streets. But looking back, there was some order to it. The people weren’t doped out and they definitely weren’t using the streets as toilets. Hard to believe it only took SF 20 years to go from First World to, I guess, Fourth World.
