Anyone but me saying this stunt was staged from both ends? The victim had no rhyme nor reason to be taking video. Also, the dialogue was stiff and contrived; especially the pronunciation of the inward.
I think battery might also apply. The perp HIT the kid with something. I believe that qualifies.
