I’m amazed that the thug looks more angry than scared at having a gun pointed at him. He must be used to it.
He obviously works somewhere. He was in a uniform of some kind and had an ID lanyard around his neck. How hard can it be to identify him?
My Son lived in Milwaukee near Downtown for 2 years. Because of an Ultra Liberal Mayor and Police Chief, the city is almost lawless. Panhandlers are very aggressive to the point of the demand for money borders on robbery. Milwaukee is not a safe place.
