The incident was especially wounding in light of Frank Davis’ lifelong efforts to promote diversity. The business executive has donated $5 million to his alma mater, Bucknell University, for a new building and for minority recruitment.

He spends millions promoting minority student enrollment, which typically means accepting less-qualified minorities over more qualified non-minorities, and being called a name is "especially wounding"? He supports affirmative action discrimination, but is stung when discrimination touches him.

The writer of the note, if not a hoax, is an idiot. If they somehow accessed his room without authorization, they should be put up on charges for it. If they had authorization by working at the hotel, then they should lose their job because of the breach of the client's trust.

But this millionaire is a snowflake.
