Self-important councilwoman saw a 14 yo girl with a Trump shirt in line at a local sweet shop. Said councilwoman said
Grab ‘em by the pussy!” to the girl.
Girl recorded and posted on interwebz. Post went viral and said councilwoman is getting her just desserts: dropped from local organizations, doxxed, probably looking at arrest and losing her council spot.
Lefty reporter doesn’t understand why.

Councilwoman Kelly Burke harasses teens at a local restaurant - yelling obscenities due to a Trump shirt (”quoting Trump” was her defense, the “grab her by the P&&&&Y” comment. Yes, she actually yelled that in the restaurant; at least read the first couple hundred words of the article for the meat of what really happened) , doesn’t resign, doesn’t sincerely apologize, whines about all the negative press and gets a writer to paint her as a victim.
She’s still a Councilwoman.

Sounds like some news reporter(always the media) trying to make a name decided to make a mountain out of a molehill. Get everyone worked up, engage the national Twitter armies and basically try to stir the pot.
I skipped some parts but thats the part that stood out to me. Without the media busybody the whole thing would probably have blown over in a few days.
