This guy is followed by Cernovich, Posobiec and James Woods. I know at least Cern and Posobiec are pretty well connected with the Trump Admin, so I think this is somewhat solid. We'll know for sure in 24h.

"I read your ignorant post loud and clear. You are dumb enough to project all prospective women SCOTUS nominees from three Dem appointees and a GOP appointee made when the Dems controlled the Senate. So, with all due respect, go piss up a rope with your sexist bullcrap."

Sorry if that sounds "sexist" but it's a fact.

No it is not. Allow a proven conservative woman a chance. Or be an a-hole. Your choice.

Cernovich went nuts during the Syria strike. Said it was WW3 and the draft would be restarting. It was like he was drinking or something. Kept ranting long after the strike was over.

"Bull, when EVERY professor in your law college recommends you that is a sign of great respect. Particularly at a top school like Notre Dame. There are about 36 clerks at the Supreme Count in any given year. When all of those clerks recommend you that too is a sign of great respect. How you can construe it any other way simple shows bias and bias shows a hidden agenda. "

Wow, you have drank the koolaid! Our own real supreme court could not figure out that obamacare was unconstitutional. Our most recent win with Union dues should have been 9-0 if your theory about law school professors was correct but even no brainers like that are 5-4. Our justice system is full of over educated libtards.

Apparently when you go to law school as a constitutional scholar they spend a lot of time teaching you to forget how to read.

Since you brought up OCare here is what Barrett said of Roberts on the ACA

... pushed the Affordable Care Act beyond its plausible meaning to save the statute. He construed the penalty imposed on those without health insurance as a tax, which permitted him to sustain the statute as a valid exercise of the taxing power; had he treated the payment as the statute did – as a penalty – he would have had to invalidate the statute as lying beyond Congress’s commerce power … [A] judge who adopts an interpretation inconsistent with the text fails to enforce the statute that commanded majority support. If the majority did not enact a "tax," interpreting the statute to impose a tax lacks democratic legitimacy … it is illegitimate for the Court to distort either the Constitution or a statute to achieve what it deems a preferable result.

Still think she is not an originalist (textulist).

More than happy to but we are never going to get to know if ANY nominee is a proven conservative. It's part of a rigged game. Hide your true political ideology until you get into a position where you can't be fired. So from our perspective we just have to play the odds. Now DJT will hopefully have solid info that is not available to the public.

I'm going to go on the record now and say my guess is she is not the pick. The only way I think she would be is if she is a throw away for the dems to clear the way for DJT true choice OR, the President has a solid information that she is a true conservative which is still unlikely.

Ed Rollins said this morning she would be a great pic and he predicted Trump would do just that.

The Catholic Church has always believed in the death penalty. It has always been permitted under certain conditions.

I don't care for that answer myself. I like the last line but it's full of overthink and justifications that could easily go the wrong way when it really matters. I would much rather hear something like the ACA is so far beyond the scope of government as laid out by our founders it can be considered nothing short of a Constitutional abomination.

She was not talking about the merits of the ACA she was talking about John Roberts reasoning. Clearly she is to the right of Roberts. Which is good.

Thank you for the link. The video is not playing here, but the keywords should get me to another site and video format that will work. I avoid some of the popular video software for security reasons (Flash, for one).

One of the popes said that it was permissible if the prison was not secure enough to guarantee that the prisoner would remain inside.

Ann Coulter’s reason is that if you don’t kill him, the Dems will eventually let him out again.
