Seems to me what they are saying is that arrogant feminist women who have somehow still retained a desire to have children, need to find the right pajama boy to marry. This way, at least according to the edgy TV commercials, he can do the laundry, watch the kids, clean the house, sit in the passenger seat all without making a fuss and let the woman achieve her self actualization completely unburdened.
In other words, women should marry a weak sap so they can be as selfish as they please.
Equating a college education with "smart" is dumb.
My mother used to say the same thing to my oldest sister maybe 45 years ago. That sister is still single to this day.

There are plenty of available educated men. To land them, what women need to do is not wait until they are in their 30s before pursuing such men. By the time a man has slogged his way through grad school and/or put in the hours needed to claw his way up to at least middle management with the prospect of rising higher in the future, he likely be in his early 30s at least. Those guys are not interested in the kinds of girls who are their age and who would not give them the time of day when they were in their 20s and they were making the sacrifices necessary to set themselves up for a good career. Those guys are now looking to land the 20-something women they wanted but could not get before. If women want a guy like that, they need to get them when they still have some of their youth to offer.
It doesn’t matter how intelligent either party is, until the

There is an old DemonRat solution. Indentured servitude, where a binding contract is signed and the debtor agrees to a set amount of time of service to the bond holder and the bond holder pays off the debt.
In a way our governments Federal, state, county, city and HOAs are already doing that by over spending the mandate given by the people.

Do they really mean less intelligent? Or do they mean marrying men from working-class professions like law enforcement, firefighting, linesmen, plumbing, electricians, etc.? Those men are hardly unintelligent and some of them make good pay.
It is not that there are more smart women than smart men.
The issue is that colleges discriminate against men from admissions to funding, resulting in 60%+ of college graduates being women.
In a society where we use degrees as a proxy for status, a result of systemic discrimination against men is that many of these “accomplished” women complain they can’t find a man. They’re still victims despite being the privileged.
If they were more respectful of working class men who built up businesses or didn’t discriminate against men in academia as much, there would be a larger “marriage pool” of men.
College graduations are up to 60% female. So for every 2 men, there are 3 women. This is a result of systematic oppression of men throughout their academic careers, especially in college admissions and funding.
And now the women present themselves as victims ... where are the men! Honey, you didn’t let them get into school or claimed scholarships that would have let him finish a degree.
If they were more willing to marry college dropouts, if they didn’t look down on men who have a trade school education and own a business, they’d see more “Options”.

It's basically now what a High School diploma was 40 years ago. But still, good luck getting a decent job without one.
