There is an old DemonRat solution. Indentured servitude, where a binding contract is signed and the debtor agrees to a set amount of time of service to the bond holder and the bond holder pays off the debt.
In a way our governments Federal, state, county, city and HOAs are already doing that by over spending the mandate given by the people.
