I’m bad. I shouldn’t think this.

But I wonder if the family withheld Grandma’s condition knowing that if PG&E cut off the power, and she died - they would win the lawsuit lottery.

I mean, what other reason could their be for this info to be undisclosed?

I was thinking the same thing. There were alot of failures on the families’ end to get to this point.

No lawsuit. There has to be a good faith effort to tell the company. I guarantee you that calls were not returned and letters ignored. The electric company does not just “shut off” homes Willy-Nillie.
