Yes every time I see some sort of eating establishment with bedraggled people begging for money in the parking lot or on the way to the front door... it makes me want to stop and buy my food or donuts there. So this employee’s actions were no doubt intended to hurt business. /s
If Dunkin Donuts wants customers to avoid the place—that is their call.
