When someone abuses an animal the punishment should be to do to the perp(s) what they did to the animal.

In is case I might add some baseball bat beating when they are in the bag.

When someone abuses an animal like that you know that they would have no compunction doing the same or worse to a child or others. These Animals need to removed from society before they blossom into serial killers. Removed from society, one way or..............another.
