“We never passed the New York State law because we relied on Roe v. Wade and everyone assumed it would always be there.
So pass the New York state law.
That’s how it works here in America.
Not sure how it works where you are from.

During the 2016 election, Donald Trump regularly stated that he would only appoint judges to the Supreme Court that would overturn the ruling. I never heard him say such a thing. He said he would appoint judges like Scalia who would apply the constitution as written. Just goes to show they know the constitution doesn't give anyone a "right" to an abortion.

Shows what a dunce he is. If Roe is overturned it becomes an individual state-by-state issue. No need to sue. Just continue his gruesome leftist ritual and keep killing babies.

Got his JD from Albany Law School. I'm guessing that daddy told them to graduate his offspring.
Harvard probably got paid for BHO's degree, though.

Abortion was completely legal in both NY and Texas before Roe vs Wade and available in many states by simple Dr. note. I visited a NY abortion mill before Roe vs Wade. The main waiting area contained a window where returning bus/train/flight arrangements were made after women had their abortions. It was quite the business.

A) They won’t.
B) If they did, Cuomo has no recourse to sue. What, is a Federal District Judge going to stay a Supreme Court ruling? Wouldn’t suprise me if they tried....

They could pass their own law in their state constitution and never worry about it again, but they have repeatedly chose not to. They want it to forever remain an electoral and fund-raising issue. Transparent.

We should cease comparing Andrew Cuomo to Fredo, because Fredo is damned near a Mensa member by comparison to Andrew Cuomo.

In other news, Gov. Cuomo was reportedly in talks with his Attorney General and his agency heads to determine when to file a lawsuit against either (or all of) ‘God’ or ‘the Halliburton weather machine’ or ‘the Jews’ in order to stop global climate change.

Just like Social Security, private pensions, manufacturing careers, “if you like your doctor...”, bump stocks, leaded gas, being able to do what you like with land that you own, public schools that taught American values, movies that told a story instead of preaching Political Correctness, etc.
Things change.
