Not seeing how this is terrorism. An act that might be done for terrorism purposes, yes. Terrorism? No. Terrorism requires a terroristic motivation. It’s part of the definition. Remove that from the definition, and the lefties who oppose the sort of Acts containing such laws will technically be correct: if motive isn’t part of the definition of terrorism than bombing ISIS or AQII is terrorism.

What isn’t “terrorism” anymore given all the stupid laws congress passed and Bush signed in the panicky wake of 9/11.
