High Fructose Corn Syrup you need to avoid

I buy that, completely.

Mrs WBill went on an Anti-HFCS kick some time ago. I said, "Whatever".

I gradually noticed that I was eating less, because I was less hungry. Filled up more quickly - where two PB&J's for lunch were a norm, suddenly one was fine. Weight loss followed.

So - I'm sold, and I look closely at ingredients now. What surprised me was what had HFCS in it. Soda? Sure, makes sense. But Pickles? Ketchup?

#37 High Fructose Corn Syrup is used in feed for cattle to fatten them up. The companies that package High Fructose Corn Syrup do so as it encourages you to buy more of their products. A vicious cycle.
