If you read further, one of the pilots did not want the vapor to be recirculated into the passenger cabin and be caught “vaping”, mistakenly flipped a switch which caused a rapid reduction in cabin air pressure and an emergency alarm to go off, and put the plane into a forced dive to 6,000 feet. Result was two imbeciles fired and 130 B-737 passenger seats needing extreme cleaning or replacement.
