Very simple. Less than 25 grams of net carbs per day. No counting calories necessary. No watching fat at all.

Net carbs = grams carbs - grams fiber.

You will have cravings and you wean off of sugar and carbs.

Additional benefits - more veggies because you have to replace the junk food with something.

Many fast food restaurants will prepare the food low carb too.

Wow, that seems simple and I luv fresh veggies can’t get enough of them. My downfall is chips, potatoes and bread, I make my own bread, giving that up will be hard.

so when adding up the carbs, I can subtract the carbs from fiber?...

Day one and I woke up with a headache BUT I feel like I just recovered from a bad cold/flu, achey and tired but not feeling like I am sick. Can stopping all sugar and lowering carb intake to below 25 grams have that much of an effect that quickly?
