It sounds like prisoner to me, not even without slowing it down. I noticed it when I originally saw it on TV.
Once you start doing that, and get good at it, you will also notice sentences beginning with "So" and "I mean"
THIS is the result of the government indoctrination centers Americans are forced by law to attend their children if they don't have the money for private school or don't / won't home school their kids.

The people who say they are not smart enough to home school their own kids send their kids to the school that turned out such a dumb parent !
