A father of an 11-year-old girl in West Virginia who was arrested and ultimately indicted after arranging for an abortion following a case of pregnancy after incest will finally beheaded to prison.
After raping his daughter, West Virginia State Police say Michael Joe Adkins, 36, took her for an abortion and the abortion clinic in question didn’t report the abortion to authorities, as require by law in rape cases. Michael and Amanda Adkins were later arrested on charges of child neglect causing the risk of injury. While some licensed medical professionals were involved in getting information to authorities, WSAZ-TV indicates the abortion clinic in Charleston that did an abortion did not report the clear case of statutory rape.
The indictment charged Michael Joe Adkins with incest, first-degree sexual assault and sexual abuse by a parent for alleged intercourse with his daughter, which impregnated the girl as the sexual activity continued after she became 12. He and the girl’s stepmother, Amanda Rea Adkins, also faced counts of child neglect creating risk of injury and conspiracy as part of an abortion and subsequent procedure aimed at covering up the alleged incest.
The sexual assaults on the girl took place between October 2010 and February 2011 and then took the girl for an abortion after the incest impregnated her on March 1. They then subsequently got her a D&C on March 16.
Adkins was initially received a five- to 15-year prison sentence but Cabell Circuit Judge Paul T. Farrell suspended the sentence and placed Michael Admins on probation.Now, thanks to an apparent incidence of domestic violence, Judge Farrell reversed his own decision and reinstated the prison sentence:
On Monday, Cabell Circuit Judge Paul T. Farrell ruled Adkins’ alternative sentencing should be revoked and the original sentence of five to 15 years in prison put into place after Adkins was kicked out of a sex offender counseling program due to allegations of domestic violence.
Adkins had entered in 2015 a Kennedy plea to incest, which allows a conviction without admitting guilt or explaining his role in the crime. The sexual assault Adkins has been convicted of dates back as far as 2010, when his victim was 11 years old. The assault came to light after Adkins impregnated the girl and she was later forced to have an abortion.
The petition to revoke Adkins’ probation, filed in April, came after probation officer Chris May said Adkins admitted to striking his girlfriend on at least one occasion. Other reasons for the petition for revocation included Adkins being kicked out of a sex offender counseling program, driving without a license on multiple occasions and not paying court fees.
Adkins was jailed after May confronted him with the allegations and Adkins denied the actions. After Adkins was jailed for five days, he later admitted to May the allegations were true.

In this case, because the abortion was not reported by the abortion clinic — and the parents did not tell anyone it was done — state police say the parents were able to go back to the doctor that was working with investigators and tell him the girl was having symptoms of a miscarriage. He then performed a D&C procedure, unknowingly putting the girl in danger.
“That point was withheld, which makes it pertinent in her health and her safety,” West Virginia State Police Cpl. Marlene Moore said. “That’s where the neglect creating risk of injury comes in. The parents neglected to take care of her needs — her basic needs and put her in extreme danger by letting her go through an unnecessary procedure– be put under anesthesia when they knew that that had been performed before.”
The pro-life movement has repeatedly documented how abortion facilities fail to report cases of statutory rape and predators using abortions to cover up their crimes.

all sex predators of both genders need to be read equally, and by that, i mean put down.
You aren’t realizing that having an innocent child killed inside you “for your protection” is further trauma.
