The more he hysterically screams for voters to vote against Republicans in November, the more energized Republicans voters will be to turn out and vote.
Right now, James Comey is about the most hated slime ball amongst Republican voters.

Comey belongs to the same gang of country club republicans who are controlled by their ultra-rich donors. Chamber of Commerce, The Bushes, Mueller, Flake, Corker, and all those running against Trump in primaries and got beaten, etc etc..it is a very big gang of elites.
