It seems that whenever people try to share the truth, others do everything in their power to prevent the truth from being shared.
Page Six reports Nick Loebs upcoming film, Roe v. Wade: The Movie, has been blocked from filming at several iconic New York City landmarks, including the Plaza and the Statue of Liberty this month.
Loeb, an actor-turned-director, and his film did receive special permission and permits to film at St. Patrick Cathedral in the city.
We are honored to be the only film ever allowed to shoot in St Patricks Cathedral. Despite all the media reports, we finished shooting the film, on time and on budget, Loeb told LifeNews.
When the crew attempted to receive permits from the Plaza they were denied, with a Plaza spokesperson stating, The filming did not move forward due to budget restrictions and potential operational impact to the guest experience, according to the report.
Similar events occurred when the Roe v. Wade crew was filming in New Orleans at Tulane University, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Even though they have faced many obstacles, Loeb and the film continue to move forward. Several distinguished actors and leaders in the pro-life movement, such as Jon Voight, Stacey Dash and Alveda King, are taking part in the movie.
When asked about the film, Loeb told LifeNews: The actors and crew have been top notch with tremendous experience. I am so proud of how hard they are all working despite all the obstacles.
This is not the first hurdle Loeb and his crew have had to overcome in the making of the film. Several actors and crew members who had signed on to the film quit after learning more about the story. When they began to crowdfund on Facebook, Loeb said the social media giant began suppressing their paid ads and content, blocking users from sharing the movies posts.
Loeb and co-producer Cathy Allyns film, Roe v. Wade, discusses the truth behind the landmark ruling that allowed abortion on demand in the United States.

No one has really told the whole truth about Roe v. Wade in a film, Loeb said, previously. When I delved into this, I discovered conspiracy theories, fake news, made-up statistics and a whole lot of people involved who switched their positions from pro-choice to pro-life, including Norma [McCorvey].
One of the more surprising details regarding Roe v. Wade is that Norma McCorvey, who was Jane Roe herself, became a pro-life advocate. She said she had been manipulated by her lawyers into turning her situation into a case that overturned laws protecting the lives of unborn children. Loebs film highlights the lesser-known facts behind the case that has impacted the United States, sharing information that has been carefully withheld by Hollywood and the media.
The film producers mission to share the story stems from the push-back they have received from Hollywood.
Hollywood only wants you to hear their version of the story in fact, there are three movies currently in development that take a pro-abortion stance, the film producers said. But you shouldnt be surprised. Hollywood has always had an agenda to influence Americans to accept abortion, even if they have to re-write history to do it.
St. Patrick’s Cathedral is privately owned, but the Statue of Liberty is a National Monument. How could they be prevented from filming there?
So the liberals don’t want to film a movie about Roe at the statue of liberty. But what about freedom of speech and related matters?
Why didn’t they just tell NYC that the film is a bio of Emma Lazarus called “Bring Me Your Huddled Masses”? WHY tell the truth???
Just green-screen it in.
But you better bake the damn cake
“...but the Statue of Liberty is a National Monument. How could they be prevented from filming there?”
Curious if it’s due the management of the National Monument being under the control of the State of New York, thus DiBlasio, and crew.
Proof that when a government entity, controlled by Progressive ideology, is the decision maker, then freedom for individuals is lost and “group-think” tyranny rules.
I believe Bedloe’s Island, on which the Stature of Liberty stands, is actually in New Jersey.
I believe you are correct. Thanks.
That's the first thing that occurred to me.
"...The National Park Service, the Department of Interior agency that cares for Liberty Island..."
The treasonous Enemies Domestic in New York City, elected or appointed, have absolutely no final say whatsoever about the use of the site for filming.
Any suggestions as to whom we need to address a request to rectify this "arbitrary and capricious" decision by faceless bureaucrats?
Oh, for Pete’s sake! Take some pictures at the statue and then finish up using a green screen. How hard can it be?
