Cat spray odor is practically impossible to get rid of. Maybe something that can break down the uric acid? I would like to know myself.

Tear out the sub flooring. Down to the joists. If the joists are piss stained, bulldoze the house. Not much you can do to clear out cat piss odor except remove the accumulated source material.
