Reminds me of when they used to tax the number of windows in a house. Maybe they should consider bringing that one back. That originated with the Brits.

Hate to bring this up, but "user fee" hustle originated with the Reagan Administration when they started charging to get in to national parks. Never give the Democrats any ideas.
