It is. I do think that putting them under military control would make it easier to control them. I read that Admiral Rogers of the NSA is the guy who told him he was being surveilled by the CIA/FBI shortly after the election. He was a military guy.

I have heard that the Military, especially Military Intelligence is very involved in his security. I haven’t heard but wouldn’t doubt they are into his communications security.
