The "Jesters" System is in place to milk the taxpeasants - and to remind them about who is in charge, to remind them how powerless they are, and to taunt them with those facts while laughing all the way to the great public pension.

I figured that out years ago when I read that the State of California is keeping Charles Ng alive - who is ON VIDEO coercing some of his dead rape/murder victims...

[The 1998 Ng trial] was "one of the longest and costliest murder prosecutions in California history".

They began the trial SIX YEARS after he was extradicted from Canada.

They have him & his buddy Lake ON VIDEO doing this stuff - and it took them YEARS and BAGS AND BAGS of taxpayer money to put him on death row - where he is still.

As a real Justice System person, I would have viewed enough of one tape to identify Ng on the first day I had him in custody, and to verify the single crime I needed to kill him for, then taken him out back of the jail and pumped a full mag into his worthless skull.

I would have spent a little tax money to hire a loaded dump truck to drive back and forth over the body for an hour or two, then let the seagulls take care of the rest.

OUR "Jesters System" spent your tax money and laughed at you, instead.

I hope that after a few more Liberals leave the Supreme Court (and are replaced by Trump appointees), the Court begins to correct the errors made by the Warren Court. For example, Criminal Rights. Right now, the Criminal has more rights than the Victim. That needs to end.

This happened in Conway but I think the youts hailed from Pine Bluff. Pine Bluff is always in the top ten of most violent cities in the US with crime stats adjusted for population. It is very majority black with black mayors, DA’s police chiefs etc. It and Helena are small city sink holes. Both have closed streets to any but provable residents and curfewed the town. Drug use and trafficking are the major pass times in both places. A true shame as many of the older colored people are really decent and law abiding.

I don’t think Ng is on death row. IIRC the death penalty was dropped as a possibility to get him extradited from Canada

Can be tried as an adult, but not sentenced like one. Life sentence is very unlikely, death sentence no go
