Is the housing market getting tight? Here in Pittsburgh the prices are ticking up, and things are selling fast.
The nicer houses go pretty fast. They’ve looked at a lot of houses. Most need a ton of work and really overpriced. They don’t want to be house poor! This one was really nice and in their budget. The guy who owns it was going to move into a senior community, but they gave his space to somebody else, so he has to wait. If it comes open again soon, they will put in an offer if they don’t find anything else meanwhile. It’s a few miles out of Greensburg.
