I have followed RCP around all elections since 2000. They are biased and sometimes blatantly wrong. They make wild positions for the Dems but clearly withhold for the Reps. They were in the game in 2016. In fact they weren’t in the ballpark. Same with Larry Sabato who surfaced yesterday for the Dems.
I can remember one of the founders of RCP being a regular on the Hugh Hewitt show. John McIntyre would come on and came across like a school kid with his stilted verbiage and endless hesitation markers that sounded awful. He also asked for donations to his site.They finally made it and now I don’t waste my time with them or Hugh anymore.
