We can learn a lot from our store of cultural wisdom, in this case the 'fairy tale' of who will eat the bread. The little red hen (quite farcical that the Virginia Restaurant bore that name) wants to go through all of the steps to make some bread. Her peers, refuse to contribute until she successfully makes the bread through her own exclusive efforts. Then THEY (aka Socialist LEFT) want to enjoy the fruits of HER LABOR and ENTERPRISE!

While the fairy tale has her successfully refusing the greedy non-participants, in todays LEFTIST environments, it would be politicos like Sen. Warren (D MA) who would shriek "You didn't make this" and descend with her crowd of 'gimme dats' to force the entrepreneur to GIVE THEM the fruits of THEIR LABOR!

There is an alternate version to THE LITTLE RED HEN story in which the other animals protest, march, wave banners, make demands, and the farmer makes the Little Red Hen share with everyone. The last line is “But everyone wondered why the Little Red hen never baked bread again.”
