Can’t remember which one (I read about 20) but an Elmore Leonard novel had a black character say “What up with so many black gals have those high, fat asses. I mean, whatup with that?”
Other guy said “In Africa the women evolved in times when droughts could kill all the children when there wasn’t enough water in the women’s bodies to give milk. The ones who evolved to store a lot of fat in their asses had water stored in the fat for drought periods and they survived and the offspring survived with their genes got passed on.”
