My wife was watching Hannity's show this evening (recorded). From another room I heard her yell out. Upon entering the room she was yelling at the TV because of Hannity. She said a couple of her favorite "guests" were on today's show, and Hannity had essentially talked over both of them. I think my wife was on the edge of throwing the remote at the TV.
At some point, people just start tuning out Hannity. If he would let others make a point, it would help the cause. It surprises me his ratings are as high as they are. He's an awful interviewer.
I hear Hannity on the radio. What’s a TV?
If you want hear conservatives speaking with interesting guests, debating intellectual points and going into details without interruption - go to the internet, youtube or podcasts.
TV is a wasteland.
Can’t watch him. Can’t listen to him.
Good thing she didn’t watch Tucker Carlson then.
He drove me away with his incessant ranting about the same things. Recently I stopped to sit near my wife, recovering from an operation, she was watching Hannity. He talked over his guests then as well. Why have guests if you know what they are going to say? I also have told my wife to stop talking over me. Is it a NY thing or too much Hannity?
"...talking over guests..."
was he promoting a new book too?
Hannity is so repetitious in his format anymore it’s not hard to know before the show what’s going to happen, and who will be on, and yes that he will piss us off by talking over they whom we wish to hear. We flip to Daily Ledger during Tucker, and Tipping Point when Hannity comes on anymore.
This. If you want to hear intelligent people discussing interesting material, listen / watch Dan Bongino, The Rubin Report, Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, etc.
In the immortal words of John Prine from 40+ years ago, Blow up your TV!
Sean’s got to bring himself and his I... I... I... into every single subject. He always finds a way to interject himself into the conversation and tries to steer it into talking about himself.
It’s maddening but it’s what egotists do.
“I haven’t spoken to my wife in years. I didn’t want to interrupt her.”
Rodney Dangerfield
It just seems like a waste to have the top-rated political show on cable (which really isn't saying much), but you lose out on the opportunity to educate viewers with some very good guests.
I find Hannity annoying. It's like he has 10 talking points memorized. He asks a question and the response triggers him to blurt out one of his talking points he's made a thousand times before.
IMO, it's the Fox guests who talk over others more than the the hosts. I wish the hosts would have buttons to cut off their guests so the host or other guests could respond.
Yup. Hannity is a broken record. Same old crap repeated incessantly for the last year.
I think my wife was on the edge of throwing the remote at the TV.

That may help to get the two of you back in the same room.
Just joking. I have the tv on most of the day but I’m not
really watching it. I’m in/out and doing other things but
do hear bits and pieces.
Back away from the Fahrenheit 451 device.
Seek shelter in another room without such devices.
More wholesome fare than most other things on TV.
Stefan Molyneux, Charles Murray, Heather MacDonald, Tom Woods, Victor Davis Hanson, Thomas Sowell, Jordan Peterson, Mark Steyn - I don’t watch TV. There is more than enough new material and videos from all these people - not to mention various conservative news sites like FR, Conservative Treehouse, Mises.org, etc...
No need for TV. Its a total waste of time!!
Wanna know the secret to watching TV without becomin infuriated?
Watch nothing recorded after the year 1999.
