I prefer Ned's Atomic Dustbin's "Kill Your Television", but to each their own, I suppose.
Yes, yes, yes!
Other than his voice, I really dislike Hannity’s rudeness to some of his “expert in their field or in the know” guests. He characteristically cuts them off right when they are about to make an important point when he switches and asks another guest a question before the other person has finished with what they were saying. Tremendously rude, disrespectful and extremely disappointing! Sean Hannity can be a real jackass.
I think Hannity’s problem is he is so desperately trying to pound talking points into his watchers brains because he feels like he is one of the few fighting.
It gets a bit redundant at times.
I remember being younger and throwing a pillow or cushion at my friend’s TV whenever Hillary or some other Democrat started talking crap.
I think you can change can be to is a real jackass. IMO
I used to try to watch Cavuto, but he was the worst about letting guest commentators talk over each other.
I quit Cavuto years ago because of that.
One afternoon, he had 6 guest commentators. Each was in a little window onscreen. After a few moments, they were all talking over each. I timed it — they all were going at it for 7 minutes and Cavuto never interrupted nor tried to regain any control. End result — none of them actually got heard.
I have not tuned in Cavuto since then.
however, Hannity seems to let every smirky arrogrant leftist rant on and no and Hannity does not refute well....
Why don't you just don't change it to MSNBC or CNN?
Sometimes, Freeper responses are rather snotty.
Mark Steyn, Tom Woods and Jordan Peterson have all shown that they are thoughtful interviewers in their online materials. Hannity has done some important things, and he is an ally, but he is not a good interviewer.
I saw the opposite situation on his show this evening--a couple of guests wouldn't let him get in a word.
I used to listen to Newt quite often on Hannity's shows too, but lately I've been turning him off too, as he has been sounding too "swampy" and "deep state / anti-Trump" quite a bit recently.
But, without a doubt, I find the worst things about Hannity's radio & TV shows lately are all his rude guest interruptions, which just about always throw his guests off of the excellent points they were right in the middle of making, and they lose their train of thought, and also his endless repetition (as many have already pointed out here).
(I think he should get another radio theme song too, but I realize that is a matter of personal taste.)
Leave the sound off and play classical music on the stereo.
Good thing she didnt watch Tucker Carlson then.
><
Hannity interrupts conservatives. Tucker can’t get a word in with his Liberal guests. Disgusting.
I was exasperated trying to hear his guests finish their points tonight. So funny you started this thread.
I emailed him awhile back and may do it again. It drives me NUTS. When he’s handing his show over to Laura he just can’t stop himself from blurting out ANYTHING that comes into his mind. Tonight I tried to listen to Sarah Carter and a couple of others and they were literally shut right down, mid-sentence, when they were making very interesting points. Hannity just HAS to jump in and show how much HE knows, what HE thinks, etc. He’s like an attention starved teenager who HAS to have everyone noticing him.
I’m sick of hearing him ask his guests if HE had done this thing or that, wouldn’t he be in jail? Honestly, he’s so annoying. If he didn’t have such good guests I’d never watch him. His ratings are high because of his guests, and, thankfully, he IS on our side and is digging up lots of stuff. I just wish he’d STHU when it’s called for. I may email him again.
Lol
I like Sean because he connects with a certain audience. However, it isn’t me. I just don’t watch.
And I go back with him to when he was a local guy on Atlanta talk radio, before Boortz IIRC.
In my view, Tucker is the ONLY good thing on FOX, and the only one with a show that is a true “independent” NO ONE would’ve dared laugh in the face of John Bolton except him, in a segment where Bolton extolled his record with Bush and how Tucker needed to be schooled in how “complicated” the global situation was,and Tucker told him that his evaluation of Iraq, etc. proved to be truer than Bolton’s
(this was before he was picked by Trump and thereby neutered). Tucker’s problem is that his guests SIMPLY WILL NOT STOP TALKING, so Tucker has to try to re-engage them through the back door. THEY talk over him, and make it look like he’s talking over them.
Do like my wife does. Watch reruns of Bonanza and Gunsmoke.

That’s what I do.
