Pay, diversity and safety are still obstacles for female bartenders in Chicago. Despite making up the majority of the bartending industry, women earn just 80 percent of their male counterparts’ income, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and The Wall Street Journal. Many female bartenders in Chicago carry a weapon at night or have a game plan for late-night commutes. Also, female bartenders of color tend to have less access to education, exposure and opportunities.

With all of the on-line courses and sites offering real time
course from 8 am to 10 pm how can anyone be denied educational opportunities.
I know. My wife in college in the 1980’s would walk away with $300 in tips on weekend nights. Meanwhile I was a line cook at $7/hour.
More and more they have to go back to the middle of the last century and act like it’s now. Who buys this? Girl bartenders don’t even have to be all that hot. I’ve seen plenty of women who had more personality than looks CLEAN UP.

No kidding. They make far more than their male counterparts, unless the women have a VERY bad attitude.
By liberals’ own reasoning, they are calling for segregation. That everyone should live in their own communities with their own kind where they feel safer and won’t be triggered.
And that you’d have sex segregation on top of that because black men oppress black women, so they all need their own spaces.
