I’ve seen plenty of women who had more personality than looks CLEAN UP....
Saw that myself. My favorite was probably 350 pounds fully tattooed and funny as hell. It was a blast just being at that bar when she was there.

my kids work in DC restaurants. casual water front restaurants. My son in law makes a very good living as a bartender.
However (jmho) in a high end restaurant, i think you’ll see less of pink haired sluts. Those bartenders will look and act a bit more business like. ( I’m thinking men!!)
My aunt owned a restaurant and her barstaff were all old guys. But it was a high end business lunch/ dinner kind of place.
I think it was Myth Busters who did a segment on female bartenders to see if women with larger breasts were tipped more. I’m imagine one could find this episode on YouTube, but with hidden a cameras the female bartender enhanced her bust size on three occasions. On each occasion her tips increased.
In the end the Myth Busters concluded that, yes, women with larger breasts “earn” more tips. I assume this translates to attractive females and females with charismatic personalities.
So, yeah, really hard to imagine women make less than male bartenders. But then again, does the Left ever tell the truth? They are all about specious arguments based upon emotion.
The article throws this statement out there, without proof, then goes on to give a bunch of nonsense, completely unprovable, and mostly unrelated "facts" about women being weaker, the danger of the city at night, and lack of diversity due to "white males."
This article falls into the category of pure "propaganda"
I'd say not being "bearded" or "man" is a great start already.

It has been a very long time since I went to school be it university, or even classes for some things I was interested in at a local JC, but I remember especially on the JC side walking to admissions, filling an application, and picking what classes I wanted. I never realized that female bartenders with a few extra molecules of melanin per cubic centimeter of epidermis were prevented from doing this. It is sad.
It is a lie. Women don’t work as much when any end up giving birth etc.

It looks to me like she acted the same with and without the enhancements. She wasn’t being more polite, charming, or flirty too when she got more in tips, just being better endowed.
